“I just moved to Austin, and YTX has quickly become one of my favorite studios for hot mat Pilates. The teachers are amazing, and the classes are both challenging and fun. The equipment—like dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle weights—is all in great condition. They also provide small towels for class and large ones for showering, which I really appreciate since I like to take a quick shower before heading home. There’s even a café inside, though I haven’t tried it yet. Definitely planning to practice here regularly!”
— Asri Aldila Putri“I finally tried YTX and I understand why so many people in Austin love it. The studio itself is beautiful and clean, with thoughtful amenities that make the whole experience feel amazing, from the cool lavender towels at the end of class to the spa-like showers and well-stocked changing areas. Not only that but after class, you can hit the sauna to relax your muscles or take a cold plunge for amazing post workout recovery. Both leaving you feeling incredible and reset. They also have Juiced Up inside, so you can grab a delicious smoothie, açaí bowl, or recovery drink before heading out. They offer a great variety of class styles depending on what you need that day. The heated flow classes are intense and detoxifying, YoStrong blends yoga with strength training for a full-body workout, and their restore/recovery classes are perfect when you need to slow down and reset. Overall extremely clean, calming, and community-focused, YTX is more than a studio, it’s a full wellness experience. Highly recommend!”
— Stephanie Irizarry“I can’t say enough good things about YTX Yoga in Austin! As a plus size woman, walking into a new workout space can honestly feel intimidating but from the moment I stepped in, I felt completely welcomed and supported. The community here is truly special. The instructors are encouraging without being overwhelming, and the vibe is positive, inclusive, and judgment free. I never once felt out of place. Instead, I felt strong, capable, and motivated. The workouts are amazing challenging in the best way, but always adaptable to your level. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been practicing for years, this is a space where you can grow at your own pace.”
— Ariana Garcia“I love this studio - the instructors and the classes are amazing. THAW is one of the best class formats I've ever taken. However I really hate that sometimes I take a class & I end up being in the background of someone's influencer video (that I wasn't aware I was in), and end up online (the studio tends to repost on socials). Please consider doing a no-phones policy sometimes - I just want to workout without feeling self conscious”
